We see the national forests being closed, monuments being blocked, and children needing clinical trials being rejected. We even see AMBER Alerts’ website closed down temporarily. While Michelle Obama’s exercise website remains up and running, even cybersecurity is being crippled by the shutdown.
The National Institute of Standards and Technology has curtailed work groups, conferences and most other work, because of the government shutdown. That’s bad news for the global cybersecurity community.
