In a shocking turn of events that has completely shocked the fans of the Kingdom Hearts series, Square Enix has officially confirmed that the much-awaited mobile game Kingdom Hearts Missing Link has been canceled. Announced in 2022, along with the next Kingdom Hearts 4 game, the cancellation of the game comes following years of development, beta testing as well as multiple delays. The cancellation is indicative of a bigger change in Square Enix approach where the focus is on quality rather than quantity in future enterprises.
