The Nexus 5X is actually surprisingly modular and easy to repair

Those of you who pre-ordered the Nexus 5X may have already gotten your hands on it, but even though the smartphone is still brand new, there’s always the possibility that you might break it, so what happens then? Well, you won’t actually have to worry too much if the Nexus 5X breaks, because according to iFixit’s recent teardown of the smartphone, it’s actually a fairly modular device. In case you aren’t familiar with iFixit, the company tears down new smartphones and rates them on how easy they are to repair, with the Nexus 5X receiving a solid 7/10 in that regard.
