How AI Alive Works

“AI Alive” will be the platform’s first such tool, allowing users to convert still images from TikTok Stories into videos. The platform labels every AI-generated part of videos as such and builds C2PA metadata. This guarantees that if videos leave the site, they remain recognizable as having been created with AI. TikTok investigates media in several steps, checking images and answering text questions from its AI before publishers can upload. Users are able to report any issues related to policies, which shows TikTok is responsible for using AI.
