Xiaomi’s online store is launching in the United States on June 1st

There are numerous obstacles Xiaomi has to overcome before it can start selling its smartphones in the West, not the least of which is the inevitability of copyright lawsuits, but that isn’t stopping the company from testing the waters with some of its other products. The company has announced that it will be fully launching its online store in the United States an a few other Western countries on June 1st, where users will be able to purchase a handful of the company’s products.
