Take a look at this self-balancing robotized skateboard and think future transportation thanks to creator, XenonJon.
The skateboard maker has combined elements of the Segway with those of a conventional ‘board and intends developing the cheapest version possible that is also easy to use. So far he’s got it down to c.$500.
To help speed development, the inventor provides documentation about the build on request, along with the Arduino code which drives the system.
