Microsoft Unveils April 2025 Xbox Game Pass Wave 1 Lineup

Xbox Game Pass Adds Three Exciting Day-One Titles in April 2025

Microsoft has revealed a selection of Xbox Game Pass games that will be available in the first half of April 2025. The list includes several first- and third-party games, such as Diablo 3: Reaper of Souls – Ultimate Evil Edition, South of Midnight, and Borderlands 3 Ultimate Edition.

The latest Xbox Wire report described the month's exceptional strength. Major players will begin to arrive tomorrow, April 3. Gearbox Software's Borderlands 3 Ultimate Edition (Cloud, Console, and PC) will be available for all levels to begin off the month, and Wargroove 2 (Console), Still Wakes the Deep (Xbox Series X | S), along with All You Need Is Help (Console) will all be joining Game Pass Standard.

Mark Your Calendars: April 8 for Big Drops

Although that there's sufficient content in the initially released block to maintain even the most devoted Xbox fan occupied throughout the month, you have simply five days left before Diablo 3: Reaper of Souls – Ultimate Evil Edition (Console and PC) and South of Midnight (Cloud, PC, and Xbox Series X | S) become available to all Game Pass members on April 8.

Spotlight: South of Midnight - A Southern Gothic Adventure

Compulsion Games' folkloric adventure, South of Midnight, set in the Deep South, is expected to be one of Xbox's biggest releases of the year. Players will undoubtedly flock to Game Pass to experience its offerings. Additional information about how Microsoft plans to revitalize Game Pass this month can be found in its official explanation:

Discover how to harness an ancient strength to overcome challenges and face the anguish that haunts your community as you explore the mythology and battle enigmatic monsters of the Underground South in this contemporary folktale.

Limited Time: Discounts Before Departures on April 15

With an extra month of new Game Pass subscribers, more games will soon be departing as well. Although these games will no longer be available after April 15, Microsoft still gives members who want to make a last-minute purchase a 20% discount if they are interested in participating but don't think they'll have time to finish the credits.
