PAGER is Wordle #1920 for Monday, September 21, 2026. It is a small radio that beeps when you are being called, and it is also the person who pages you. The letters are P, A, G, E, R — two vowels (A, E) in the second and fourth squares, no doubles.
The board shape is the trap. Once A and E light up, PAPER, BAKER, LATER, WATER, and a dozen other AE_ words still fit. The G is the tile most openers never test, and it is the one that knocks those lookalikes out.

Start with the even-square vowels. A second-square A plus a fourth-square E is a common English frame, so do not treat the first green vowel as a finish. Hunt the unused consonants: G is rarer in openers than P or R, and it sits in the middle.
