Solving all four boards
A and R are the letters to chase early: A sits in three answers and R in three, so an opener carrying both lights up most of the set. Treat the double-L boards with care. Once you see a yellow L and a green L on the same board, expect a second L rather than a new letter. Leave ZEBRA for last if the Z will not show, because Z-E-B-R-A only resolves once the other four letters are placed, and keep RATIO’s O in mind for any grid that ends in a vowel.
