Quordle Hints, Answers & Strategy Guide
Four Wordles at once, nine guesses each.
Quordle is Merriam-Webster's four-in-one word game: you solve four five-letter grids at the same time, with every guess applied to all four and nine guesses total. It rewards a careful opening that tests as many common letters as possible before you start committing. A new set drops daily. TECHi keeps spoiler-safe hints and today's four answers, yesterday's solutions, and an evergreen strategy guide.

◆ Strategy
How to Win at Quordle
Quordle rewards coverage before precision. Use the first turns to expose letters across all four boards, then solve the board with the fewest remaining unknowns.
Start wide, not clever
Your first two guesses should test common letters across every board. Avoid repeated letters until at least one grid gives you a reason.
Solve the tightest board first
After the opener, look for the board with the most green and yellow letters. Finishing one answer early frees attention for the other three.
Keep a rescue guess
Do not spend every turn on one grid. If two boards are still vague, use one broad coverage guess before committing to a final answer.
Best starting words
| Word | Why it works |
|---|---|
| SLATE | Covers two vowels and three high-frequency consonants. |
| CRANE | Tests common consonants while keeping A and E in play. |
| RAISE | A vowel-heavy opener that still checks R and S. |
| ROAST | Useful when you want O plus a common ending consonant pattern. |
| TRAIN | Checks T, R, and N early without repeating letters. |
