Elder Scrolls IV Oblivion Remake Images Surface before Impending Release

Elder Scrolls IV Oblivion Remake – First Leaked Images Stir Fan Hype

The reasons for Microsoft and Bethesda's decision to keep this a poorly kept secret before its release are unknown, however, numerous reliable sources are now claiming that the Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion revival will be released just one week from now, on April 21.

The trustworthy Jeff Grubb has recently publicly stated what insiders like NatetheHate and VGC have been saying for some time. Next week is the date. Grubb stated,

"Other people have said, but I have got separate confirmation that’s going to be the case".

Since this is a complete remake of Virtuous, the developer's speciality, rather than just a little polish and remaster, we are also already getting leaks about how the game will look in Unreal Engine 5. However, Virtuous itself leaked these photos to a now-private domain on its website. Naturally, though, it's too late now. It looks fantastic! Shadow drop or not, this launch might be a major event this year.

Some of them are visible on Gosugamers and other media; however, a large portion of the Virtuos website appears to have been shut down shortly after the leak was made public, since many of the links now lead to 404 pages at the time of publication.

When Microsoft data was made public in 2023 as part of its legal battle to acquire Activision, the Oblivion remake was leaked. At the time, it was scheduled for FY2022, but obviously that never happened. It hasn't been formally announced since, which is why the "shadow drop" is approaching. Afterwards, a former Noble member explained the upcoming adjustments that have been made since March of last year in order to "update" the game for contemporary consumers. At this point, it was said that the remake would be available "by June," however, VGC later stated that it would be available next month. Yes, it is occurring, and it will happen next month.
